Lance began his career as a CPA at Ernst & Young, where he quickly developed a deep understanding of various markets and industries. During this time, he observed that the most successful professionals weren’t just experts in their fields—they were exceptional salespeople. This insight led him to pivot into sales, landing a BDR role at Datagen, an AI company providing synthetic data to train computer vision models for large enterprise tech firms.

After a year in the role, Lance recognized a broader opportunity to scale hyper-personalized outreach strategies across the B2B landscape. In 2022, he founded Opp to pursue this vision.

Since then, Opp has supported clients across SaaS, professional services, and other sectors. Under Lance’s leadership, the team continues to test, implement, & master emerging technologies in the dynamic lead generation space.

Cole started his career sitting in the seat of a BDR at Abstrakt Marketing Group, where he represented a variety of industries and partnerships. After only six months of performing, he was promoted to sell new logos on their behalf. He designed countless go-to-market strategies and worked closely with new partners to ensure their goals were being met.

Further into Cole’s career, he spent time in both full cycle & late cycle sales positions. Prior to Opp, Cole facilitated channel partnerships for the Silicon Valley leader of customer experience solutions, Birdeye.

At Birdeye, Cole was assigned a team of BDRs and made sure they were effective & as efficient as possible in identifying opportunities for him to close. In summary, throughout his professional career, he has helped numerous professionals and organizations in establishing a consistent flow of high-quality meetings.
